Shipping

We currently ship orders within Canada. US and International orders are not qualified for free shipping, returns, exchanges, or credit notes.

Shipping is a flat rate $24.99 + tax per order for Canada, excluding group order(s). Group order has many advantages (Pls contact by email), and other provinces need email orders. And orders $150.00 or more get FREE SHIPPING for Canada (Insurance is the Purchaser’s option, approximately $100.00 per $3.50, and if you want, send us an email before ordering for your payment), excluding group order(s).

Re: Back-orders shipping and another shipping at the same time order

If the Buyer wants another shipping, including back-orders in the same order, the Buyer must pay the flat rate fee for every shipping time.

GROUP ORDER SHIPPING will be calculated after the order is received and billed separately.

Returns

For any return to be accepted, Goods must be in NEW, UNWORN/UNUSED/UNWASHED condition, in their original package. All original tags must be on the garments with the original receipt.

– All costs for shipping (returning and re-sending) are the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

– All items are no – refunds, only returns for Store Credit Note valid for one year for online customers.

– All Sale items are the final sale, no returns, no exchange, no credit note, including Coupon sale.

– Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of your original purchase date in original condition, including all tags and original receipt for online orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only while the order status is “In Process”.  An order has been changed to Shipped. It cannot be canceled as the order has been processed by our shipping.
