Shipping
We currently ship orders within Canada. US and International orders are not qualified for free shipping, returns, exchanges, credit notes.
Shipping is a flat rate $21.99 + tax per order for B.C. excluding group order(s). Group order has many advantages (Pls contact by email) and other provinces need email orders. And Orders $100.00 or more get FREE SHIPPING for BC (Insurance is Purchaser’s option, approximately each $100.00 per $2.00 and if needs, send us email before order), excluding group order(s).
Re: Back-orders shipping and another shipping in the same time order
If the Buyer wants an another shipping including back-orders in the same time order, this shipping is the Buyer’s choice as pay the flat rate fee for every shipping time or pick it up at the store by the Buyer.
GROUP ORDER SHIPPING will be calculated after the order is received and billed separately.
Returns
For any return to be accepted, Goods must be in NEW, UNWORN/UNUSED/UNWASHED condition, in their original package. All original tags must be on the garments with original receipt.
– All costs for shipping (returning and re-sending) are the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
– All items are no – refunds, only return for Store Credit Note valid for one year for on-line customer.
– All Sale items are final sale, no returns, no exchange, no credit note including Coupon sale.
– Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 30 days (for online orders only) of your original purchase date with original condition including all tags and original receipt.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only while order status is “In Process”. An order has been changed to Shipped, it cannot be cancelled as the order has been processed by our shipping.
